Mustang Max® insecticide for potatoes
Mustang Max® insecticide is an outstanding insect-control solution. In fact, it is labeled for use on more crops than many insecticides. Now potato growers can take advantage of its proven performance. How is Mustang Max so effective? Isomers were refined and the most active selected to significantly enhance performance. As a result, Mustang Max is fast-acting and long-lasting. When applying Mustang Max on potatoes, please refer to the product label for specific use instructions.

Applied: Can be applied by ground or air with many approaches: at plant, preemergence or postemergence.
Rate of Application
- 1.28 to 4.0 ounces per acre
- 1.76 to 4.0 ounces per acre
- 3.2 to 4.0 ounces per acre
Apply as required by scouting. Timing and frequency of applications should be based upon insect populations reaching locally determined economic thresholds levels.
Do not apply more than 24 ounces per acre per season.
Leaves of Root and Tuber Vegetables cannot be used for food or feed.
Follow appropriate spray drift precautions on label.
Method of Application
Apply by ground or air equipment using sufficient water to obtain full coverage of foliage (minimum of 10 gallons by ground and 2 gallons by air).
Do not make applications fewer than four days apart.
Tank-Mix Partners: Its unique formulation makes Mustang Max easy to tank mix, and reduces susceptibility to variables like water hardness, temperature, pH and tank residues. This formulation also has flexibility with fertilizer tank mixes and cold temperature storage.
Mustang Max may be applied in tank mixtures with other products. Observe all restrictions and precautions which appear on the labels of these products. Test compatibility before mixing.
