Labeled for over 125 crops and five key vegetable crop groups, Mustang Max® EW sets the standard for broad-spectrum pest control. And because it has resolved isomers, this fast-acting, long-lasting formulation allows you to use lower oz/acre use rates, while still getting the same level of control on worms, loopers, beetles and more. What’s more, Mustang Max EW has a 12-hour restricted entry interval and a one-day PHI on many crops.
Mustang Max EW is compatible with most vegetable pesticides and liquid fertilizers and its EW formulation works well with vegetable crops. Mustang Max EW also complies with VOC regulations.

Cutworms, alfalfa weevil, selected aphid species, cloverworm, chinch bug, leafhoppers, flea beetle, Southern corn leaf beetle, tobacco thrips, plant bugs, armyworms and other insect pests noted on the label.
Registered Crops:
Alfalfa and non-grass animal feed, berries. brassica vegetables (head & stem and leafy), bulb vegetables (garlic, onion), root & tuber, canola, cucurbits, fruiting vegetables (tomatoes, peppers), leafy vegetables, grapes, legume vegetables (peas, beans), peanuts, corn (sweet, field, seed, pop), cotton, tree nuts, rice, stone & pome fruits, soybeans, tree nuts, sorghum, soybeans, sugar beet and wheat.
Specific Crop Use Information:
- Field, Seed, and Pop Corn – Use rate range: 1.28 to 4.0 oz/acre for most pests, except for 0.16 oz/1000 linear feet for at plant for cutworm. Aerial and ground application.
- Sweet Corn – Use rate range: 2.24 to 4.0 oz/acre. Aerial and ground application.
- Vegetables - Use rate range: 2.4 to 4.3 oz/acre. Controls a wide variety of pests both foliar and at plant. Air or ground application.
- Legume Vegetables – Use rate range: 1.28 to 4.0 oz/acre. Air or ground application.
- Cotton - Use rate range: 1.28 to 4.0 oz/acre. Can be used with vegetable oil or with sprinkler irrigation.
- Tree Nuts, Rice, Sugar Beet – Use rate range: 2.24 to 4.0 oz/acre depending on crop. Apply by air or ground. For rice, Mustang Max EW can be applied with herbicides.
